This is the Davis Special number 4 I believe, and he does a fantastic job. Roger has much more patience than I. This one will have a PA 75 in it. The others had a PA 61 & 65. And his ships always come out around 62 oz. I'm jealous. Hope the pictures come thru.

Cool!

Roger is a great guy, and a great builder.
I also appreciate Roger's continuing tribute to John Davis. He was one of those really great people that we lost much too soon. John is missed.

Roger is another artist in this great group of modelers. DOC Holliday

The really good news is that Roger is just about out of Diana Cream paint!

The inside joke on this is; Roger has painted three Davis specials, repainted one of those twice, one Barnstormer, one Caprice, and two profile Force. And I might have missed one in there some where, all in the last four years. He is presently redoing the Caprice and he tells me this one will be orange. Yes Mike and AMEN.

Hey,
Gotta tell Roger that Bob Hunt has plenty of the yucky Bronze/Brown that he can use!

I like Bronze.
My 68 Camaro was originally Corvette Bronze. And the new 2009 Corvette bronze is AWESOME!!!!!!!!
I know the Bob H joke and bronze goes way back but I think that color is awesome. In the sun it is so deep and rich!!!!!!
