Title: RO JETT 40BSE SE
Post by: Chris Belcher on July 08, 2015, 02:52:09 PM
So I got one of these beauties today and noticed the prop shaft has the little "tit" sticking out. I remember reading a thread about this but can't find it now. I obviously have to counter bore the props...and spinner plates?

You can either drill out the spinner back plate (Brodak/Veco/Froom/Aero Products Spinner) or don't use the round plastic inserts that come with Tru-Turn/Dave Brown spinners. Without these inserts those backplates will fit tight  over the extension of the driveshaft where it protrudes through the prop drive.  8)

Those all all reasonaable solutions, or you can order a spinner from Dub Jett that is beautiful, Light weight and fits in place of the prop drive unit.  I have several of them!

I just found these "integral" spinner backplate/drive washer one-piece works of art and put it on my new "Mule". Just great!
