It's a smaller vintage model, earlier Walt Musciano design? Looks like it could be powered by .098 Fox "9" or Rocket .09 for power. Thin Clark-Y wing section means it will be a fast flier, good inside loops but poor outside. I'd go with the "9", Rocket .09 might be marginal, though. Skip the Veco wheels, modern park flyer wheels would be lighter.

Neither engine will work.  I think it is too small even for the TeeDee .010.  That is a gift card laying next to it.
