Title: Ringmaster Fly-A-Thon @ Hobby Park W-S, N.C.

Hello everyone.

The Control Line group that flies at Hobby Park in Winston -Salem NC will be there this weekend Oct 3rd for the World Ringmaster Fly-A-Thon (Weather permitting). We will also have some planes for first time pilots if anyone is interested. We have two paved circles and one grass circle. The local R/C club will also be having a fundraiser Saturday for the Second Harvest Food Bank, So if you come out please be sure to bring a canned good or other non-perrishable food item for them. The R/C club will also be serving up hot dog plates for the charity, cost is unknown.

John / Ray,

When you get done flying at Winston Salem,  keep your car packed up and come fly with us  on Sunday October 4 at the home of Watt Moore in Chester SC,

We plan to start around 10 am, eat at noon and stay til he runs us off  , maybe til  4 pm.

Come on down , if it rains any , we have a big shop and house to stay dry in , talk about models and look thru Watt's collection of models  and engines that goes back to the 50's..

I spent the last month building my Ringmaster with the intent of flying it this weekend. I'm pretty sure I will get a flight in some how!!!!

Spent a couple hours sitting in my truck loaded up with Ringmasters at Hobby Park today. No one showed. Forgot my stooge.  :'(

 I was away from my computer all weekend and I guess we chickened out!! We have discussed next weekend as our get together Since Dee has extended it one week. Please give us another chance!!

Once again the Winston-Salem Bunch will be at Hobby Park in Winston-Salem NC for the make up dates for the Annual Ringmaster Fly-A-Thon. It looks like Saturday the 10th we will be there around 0800. Come join us.
