RING'S RULE
« on: January 15, 2008, 12:57:48 PM »
One of my flying buddies forwarded me a picture of a purple Ringmaster that said "Rings Rule" on the wings.

Does anyone have a good downloadable picture of that airplane?

Thanks a lot.

Fly safe, John   8)

BTW: New pilot? I don't think so Tim......

Sounds like Louis Rankin's Ring.

I've seen photo's of it.  She's real purty.

Yup, Louis Rankin and Zuriel Armstrong did a pair of "Rings Rule" RingMaster. Zuriel lost his at a contest.
BTW on the underside of the wing it said "Streaks Sux".
They were in SN in December.

I think I have a picture some place. If I find it I will post one.

Here is the one of Louis's Ring.
The Purple one belonged to Zuriel. Like I said it is no more. I know Zuriel sent me a pic but it must be on my work computer.

Paul,

Thanks a lot. I did a search and found both the top and bottom pictures under his name. Great color and nice plane.

Thanks again. John

Hey John,

That was my Ringmaster.  I do still have the airplane and am building a new wing.  Mine was purple and white with Rings Rule on the top and "Yeah Baby" on the bottom.  The two pictures I have are before the canopy was painted on.  I lost it in the third loop of the clover in Texarkana.  It was a little bit windy that day.

I hope this helps,

Hi Zuriel,

Thanks a lot for the pictures. I was going through the posts and saw your airplane in a post and just wanted to look at a bigger picture. That's a cool color scheme! Thanks again.

I agree, we have one.
That was on Louis's RM.  He also owns a few FS's. It was just a joke.

Zuriel builds some nice clean stuff. He had a Tempest that was candy purple.
Z-Man, I need to get the wing back to you so you can build another fuse. y1

I can't see a whole lot of difference between a candy purple and a pink plane.
