Guy's I am looking for some line retainers that are used on the sig line reels. They appear to be about1/2" wide and go from side to side, to keep the lines on the spool, any help will be 'ppreciated..

I make my own lines reel. I use velco dots and velco straps to keep the lines tight on the reel.

I was looking for these, too, for the big reel. Every response to this question was good. Thanks, guys.

And obviously, SIG sells them separately also, for both widths of line reels.

Lost count of how many line sets that the clip was too hard to remove or even put on the reel. So I in my miserly way drill holes through the side of the reels. A piece of wire through the line clips and the other end threaded through hole in reel. Loop wire through hole several times. So far have never had a set of lines come loose on the reel. D>K

I have found the best source has been to use a metal detector in the pit area of a contest after it is over. LL~
Seriously, I have gone to the rubber band already mentioned.

Mr. Roger,
