I  got to watch it, and with the complete lack of other sports going on right now, I wonder why they compressed it all into 30 minutes, and didn't show sport biplane or the unlimiteds?  What I would like to see is if they have the early years of Reno on on tape at ABC and their Wide World of Sports show. I never missed a race of any kind on there , especially air racing. I remember seeing the race where Steve Hinton lost his prop control on the Red Baron and crashed. They covered everything quite well, I think, even by today's standards. I just wonder if those tapes survived at all. If the tape of Uncle Jimby and The Brass Band is still around, how about some classic air racing????
