Whatever happened to Remi Beringer ?
After winning the World Champs a few years ago he seems to have gone off the radar .
I only saw him flying once as a very young man and he was brilliant.
Beautiful models as well , original and efficient.

I heard that him and his father are focusing on the full scale airplane parts business. Hey, his pops took second at the Worlds, he took first, what more can you ask.

Wow,
In the world of high performance motorcycle brake systems two companies are considered the "crem de la crem"-----Brembo and Beringer.

Since he won the Worlds in 2004, Remi, his mother Veronique and father Gilbert have been attending the Air Venture convention at Oshkosh each year as vendors and participating in the Kid Venture venue by flying demonstration flights during the morning and afternoon sessions. They all three are exceptional stunt pilots, Veronique is an accomplished photographer, and their motorcycle and aircraft brake systems are top quality and very nice. If I were to be building a home built or restoring an airplane, I would definitely use their brake system components. Gilbert has given me some advice while I have been learning the four stroke animals, and they are all just very nice people to talk to.
Type at you later,

My wife and I are already planning to visit Oshkosh and Sturgis next year. I love all things that fly and motorcycles. My wife, God lover her, seems to like everything I like. Since the two events are back to back, I would really like to do both and have the opportunity to meet Remi.
I studied his flight from the WC that was posted on the internet the year Remi won, and I have never seen such precise flying before or since. That one flight was as close to perfection as I have ever seen. Hopefully I will get a chance to meet him next year.
