Access to Model Aviation archives
« on: January 23, 2014, 04:41:16 PM »
I've been trying to access the AMA Model Aviation archives without success. I have accessed them several times in the past.  I have not trouble accessing  anything else on the website.  Has anyone else had this problem?  I have notified AMA and got suggestions which did not help.

Jim, I've experienced the same problem -- when I select an article the site wants my login info again.  After I put it in, it still shows a blank page, but when I back out and reselect the article I want, it works.  Slow and awkward, but once you're in, you're in.  Steve P.

Jim,

I was in there today also, no luck.

I still have your "airbrush lettering article" on my mind. I'd like to get it Posted someplace or at least be able to see it.

BTW. I found out that Krylon has "flake" or "glitter" paint in rattle cans. Limited colors.

Good Evening Jim;

  Having the same issues you are.  I've tried to access with both Safari and IE 10, and get the same error with either browser.

  I addressed the issue with AMA tech support (Eric Bachmann IIRC) and while we exchanged a few emails I've not heard back from him.  Unlike Steve, using the 'back' button and then trying to go forward doesn't work for me (at least not with Safari)

Dave, I did go back (using the BACK button) but I clicked on the selected article again to reselect the article.  Steve P.

I was not able to access the archives at all.  I hope people who have this problem will call it to the attention of the AMA.
