Here is how us rednecks fix an engine that wont stay tight.

The reason it wont stay tight is you are using soft bolts and they are streching. Use some socket head bolts. Blue Locktight also helps. See Micro Fasteners add. $5.00 for a 100 4/40X1 inch socket head bolts

Prop and engine balance can also be a problem.  Balancing the props is easy.  Balancing that engine requires replacing with one that is better designed.

Hey...those photos with the rubba bands...I thought might just be a way to tune the sound of that Fox! Just imagine that pretty exhaust note...if more experiementing with the tension of those strings?
Even betta' yet...perhaps Bob Hunt, or Billy W..could replace those with steel strings from their guitars and tune them to vibrate with a harmonal' resonance that would really accent that old Fox, when the needle valve adjustment could also add a three part harmony...n'all that jazz.
As far as vibration on a Fox 35 goes.....humm? Isn't that part of the charm of an old Fox in the first place?
