Here's the problem - Mixing your own is OK for some die-hard's but if we don't have a reliable source of good pre-mixed fuel that one can at least order for a reasonable price then glow will go the way of diesel. Electric will be the only viable choice for most flyers.

Who is left that we can buy fuel from?

I'm using Morgan's 10% Cool Power and blending it with Brodak's 5% for control line use.  1/2 gallon of 10% Cool Power (17% synthetic oil) with 1 qt Brodak 5% (29% castor oil). It makes an approximate 8% nitro/21% oil (roughly 50/50 synthetic to castor) fuel that my engines run well on so far.

I don't want to sound cavalier but I don't care about the cost. I'm flying a Ringmaster with a .28 and 3oz tank. That 3/4 of a gallon blended is about $30 and is good for at least 3 trips to the field. A day of fun for $10. double the cost of glow fuel and it's still $20 for the day. How many other things can you do for that kind of cost? I really enjoy the glow engines. They are what brought me into the hobby back in the mid-1990's. I will be one of the last converts to electric.

Oh, the low nitro content is to help protect my dope finishes and my engines in their applications don't need all the power they're capable of. I'm not clear coating the butyrate. It's holding up well.
