Hello friends.
The town near where I live has built a "circle" in just three days.
We performed a stage of the championship in São Paulo (CIPA)

Bauru city made the circle in record time

There will be elections but not for mayor.
The mayor made this construction that it undertook to deliver everything ready for the championship.
Bauru wait for construction to more than 10 years, now succeeded.
In my town does not have a ring this year and probably still have, not so fast, but we will. #^

It's hard to depend on the goodwill of the people, luck was the mayor liked the control line and allowed the construction.

In this part of the USA if I even try to talk to anybody in authority about a circle, I get a cold shoulder.  Of course getting guys/gals together is another thing.  So once in a great while I drive 70+ miles to the new TOPCLASS site.  They now have a center pad on the grass circle.  Been told the club has to maintain the mowing of the grass.  You guys are so lucky in Brazil.

Hi John !
Several circles were opened in the last two years. #^
all paved with asphalt and one concrete.
It has a few more circles to be done yet, I have to travel 100km to train in a circle, in my town dont have one.
But it is likely that later this year we have completed our circle.
Has the impression that we are able to do a world championship because we have several suitable sites for the competition.
We're really lucky! ;D

I shall go as soon as I can afford the trip.  My wife is working extra hours now, so maybe soon.
