I placed a order with Tower and Control Line Central on the same day. The Tower order was my replacement trim iron that was new defective.
Anyway my Control Line Central order got here first. Ordered controls for my new project, anyway they were out of stock on wire lead outs so Emily sent me a 3 line set at no extra charge. Talk about Customer Service!

Thanks for the cudos guys. I let Emily know what you had said here on the forum since she does not visit the forums. I am sure she has learned way more about control line parts than she ever wanted to know.  She is doing a great job of getting orders out so I can stay back in the shop and build control systems and those kinds of things so we can get the orders with custom parts put together and keep items built to refill our inventory. Unfortunately or fortunately depending on which side of the fence you are on we have been overwhelmed with custom orders lately and these are not as quick shipping out. We are also trying to get enough stock together to take the store over to VSC again this year.

I want to thank you all for supporting us by purchasing from our store and hope to see alot of you at VSC.
