I already know what I'm going to do.. I'm simply going to ask the pilot what his airplane weighs and take his word for it. The only airplanes that will get weighed will be if the answer is "I don't know".

I will fly my models on lines that I feel safe with otherwise I will not fly. I read all this garbage and it is all nonsence. I don't know about you but I don't think any of us want to go thru a lawsuit. The rules have been set so abide by them and do what you think is safe for you and your model. It seems to me there are a lot of people out there that just talk because they think they have all the answers. HB~>

Hey Leo, that must be me.  When I was working I would get calls from the special circuit people about something that was not right.  I used to wire the stuff in the central office and then rewire until it worked.  Sometime I would let the engineer of the circuit know what I did.  Some times I didn't.  But, this one gal would call me and if I could answer her problem.  Of course I would say I have answers.  This one night she called me and gave me the question.  After a few minutes silence I finally told her I didn't know.  She replied that was not an answer.  I informed that was the answer and we were both up the creek.  Together we finally got the circuit working again.

In the early days when I was trying to fly combat, everyone was using .015 lines.  I liked .018 as they held up better.  Have fun,  DOC Holliday

We need to quit messing around with the rules and come into line with the rest of the world. Use FAI rules. Then we would have a say in FAI as it stands we don't. While they may listen they don't care...

Robert, you said a mouthful there.
