Title: Really Cool Visitor To Our Flying Site

The PC Flyers field is adjacent to a busy street, so we are used to visitors stopping by. But yesterday we had a really cool father and son drop in. The son is 73 years old, and the father (George Palmer) is 105 years old, and will be 106 in May. We really enjoyed their visit. George was very sharp, more like a guy in his 70's or 80's.

Was Marshal Palmer the young'n? Wish he'd come and fly in Salem, at least. Always a pleasure to see his beautifully finished stunters.  H^^ Steve

Last time I checked, Marshall wasn't anywhere near 73 years old.  He moved to Medford OR a year or so ago so he should be at Roseburg for the NW Regionals.  His beautiful Skipjack is about 2 years old now.  He may have something new now.  I'm sure it will be a front row ship when he debuts it.

JR is correct. Marshall Palmer is in the Medford area. He and Walter Hicks are now almost neighbors.

Hi all, Marshall Palmer is not 73 years old I fly with him very near where I live in Central Point Oregon, (right next to Medford,Or) where Marshall lives.
Even his profile plane is flawless!!!

I don't know Marshall that well (like how to spell Marshall) or his age. I was wondering if they were related. Maybe I should have asked that question.

So, is George going to start flying with youse guys at the PC?  H^^ Steve
