Yeah, but that was a very easy shot. Drone was hovering and at the distance a typical 12 guage shot pattern was about 3 to 4 ft in diameter, depending on the size of the shot and the choke size on the gun.
It would be pretty hard for any experienced shooter to miss that shot.
It would be a lot more fun to take one down with a passing shot flying at about 60 MPH...I know about 200 guys here in AZ that could do that about 98 times out of a hundred..."I are one!"
Bring 'em on! Plenty of ammo! LL~ LL~ LL~

Ya, any good Southern boy who grew up dove hunting would make mincemeat out of a quadcopter zipping around. y1

Bill you took the words right out of my mouth. I need go get out my Remington 870' 3 1/2" magnum and get in some target practice. It would be more fun than shooting trap.

Cool...

This could be the start of a new shooting event, instead of sporting clays, sporting drones! Where do I sign up?

No way this is real, for whatever reason.
First clue----guy runs from his front door to his very expansive and shotgun friendly back yar---no, let's say property.
Second clue----the drone is hovering over this shooting range, it could have been a quarter mile away while that old man was running around the side of the house. I know, I know, it was on YouTube so it's gotta be real--------

It's an obvious hoax! Completely staged.

Who cares! It was funny! It does show a good alternative use for quad copters...the only good one in my opinion!
