I call it super service.  As I have trouble hearing on the phone, I had my daughter call Wicks Aircraft Supply for me on Thursday AM.  Put in an order for the Superfil every body keeps praising.  Wife just handed me the package and I opened it.   Need to go read Bobby Hunts way of using it.  By the way, box felt like it was empty.  Pictures  to follow.   She forgot to mention Stunt Hangar to them.

I love it when I hear about a company that provides super customer service. So many companies act like they don't understand where their paychecks come from. I'd like to chip in the same praise for Boca Bearings, fast free shipping and great phone support too. And also Cox International, who serve the 1/2A community with an increasing line of products besides just engines and parts. They have a no-questions refund/replace policy, and very reasonably priced shipping.

Brodak has been great to me. Replaced a pooched ESC at no charge even though they didn't have to. When I called back and ordered a few things, not only did they reduce the shipping to actual cost, but it got to me in two or three days. They're just great to deal with.
Dave Brown Products, on the other hand, have not earned my respect. After several phone calls over the last two months and promises to ship the dope retarder right away, still nothing. Since they haven't charged my card, I have given up.

Yes, Brodak too. John himself e-mailed me when I was having tank troubles and replaced it at no charge. Very good service.

Wonderful stuff.
You'd expect it to go on like Bondo but it's not as easy to work with. The balsa must be clean of all dust.
Don't fret because it makes awesome fillets with a wet finger or a piece of vacuum tubing.
