Title: Question for the guys on the HP40 waiting list
Post by: Brian Gardner on February 25, 2018, 02:29:52 AM
Out of the 14 people on the waiting list for the HP40 ABC sets how many of you will need shims to bring the liner back up to original deck height?

My ABC sets will be intended to standard cases that haven't been machined to lower the liner/timing.

So to clarify - If your engines are stock you won't need them.

Brian, I can make liner shims if needed, so don't send them on my order.  I take it your liners will have 138/126 timing when installed in a stock case?  Hopefully other customers will answer so questions about internal dimensions can be resolved before manufacture.  Best!

Phil,

Are your engines stock?

Do you want finned heads to replace smooth heads?

No money until I have them ready.

Brian
