Q-Fast ?

Did anyone else look at the "Q-Fast" in MA and think "If I reduce the plane by half and move the wing up, add a bellcrank."  would make a pretty good looking CL design!  Any thoughts or am I all wet?

    I say go for it, maybe in a smaller version so that too much time and money won't be invested..
