Here is the pull test chart we used at our last contest. Feel free to use or change it so it would work best for you.

It worked out quite well actually despite the initial thoughts of it being a bit strange,, but well heck I am strange so what do you expect!
Not used to thinking of my plane in terms of pounds , only ounces, but hey the scale was in pounds so it made more sense than I did,,
well done Richard,
and thanks for making the contest run smoooooootttttthhhhh

Thank you, Richard! Like Mark says, it's sorta strange to think of our planes in pounds and ounces, but 2 lb 13 oz does sound a lot better than 45 oz, when the blue & white Ted Twister is concerned. I weigh mine on an Ohaus triple beam balance, with the optional weights on the end, then convert from grams to ounces. Not that hard.
Your team did a great job...lots of hands were busy, without seeming to be asked or told to do the necessary chores. Our contests, a lot of folks just show up to sit in a chair and gas off, when there's work to be done. At that time, they leave, or continue to sit/gas! :-[ >:( :'( R%%%% Steve
