Modelers are great.
« on: November 21, 2018, 11:11:45 AM »
I am in the process of cloning a Combat Streak and wanted to have a Flite Streak to go along with it,   Didn't want to go the route of outbidding the guys on the bay for a Streak kit and after comparing the plans on Outerzone it looked like not too much differences in the two designs.   Have the Combat Streak almost ready to cover and a big thank you to Dennis Saydak with the tracing of the Streak profile I can continue on it.   Pictures later if I get in the mood. Well this is where I'm at with my latest build.  Thanks again to Dennis for the Flite Streak profile tracing.   You will notice in one pic I couldn't find my clamps so I use tape to hold pieces together while epoxy cures.  Need to make tank for the Combat Streak before I finish top planking.  Any way I constructed leading and trailing edge like I did for my Ringmasters.   By the way the wing is not glued into the Streak.
