Of course, you can find the nut at any hardware store, so just the washer:

The Fox prop nuts are really nice, an upgrade.  The original LA 46 prop nut is an odd size - metric wrench size across the flats and threads and US threads.  I think that the OS decision to go with US thread size fairly early in their run has contributed to their success.

Some of those washers have a bigger hole and take a special centering nut. This is a thick grade 8 washer with a 1/4" hole for an OS Max.

Also most of those OS prop nuts use a 10mm wrench so a grade 8 nut from the hardware store might be more convenient for a 4 way wrench.

The links Brett posted are for typical OS engines and fit who knows how many other engines with 1/4" shafts and 1'4"-28 threads. Says so on the header cards. The only shoulder nut/washer combinations I have seen for 1/4-28 threads are for spinner adapter applications, and for some 4 stroke prop nut application with a jam nut.

Right, it is 1/4-28 but 10mm hex. 1/4-28 Grade 5 or 8 nuts (normally 7/16 hex) are maybe $10 for 50.

A good local hardware store should have 1/4-28 Gr.8 nuts and Gr.8 flat washers. First thing to do with any OS is throw away the OEM prop nut so you don't have to deal with the metric hex...well, as long as you've already sourced an SAE replacement.  y1 Steve

All of these newer 4-way plug wrenches have a 10mm socket on them and I think everyone has about a dozen of the old Dubro 4-way socket plug wrenches for everything else. I think these things multiply by themselves!! Throw all your OS prop nuts my way!

Like Dan posted most shoulder nut washer combos are for spinner and shaft extenders, but not all.
A couple of years ago I bought some really nice combo sets from Shuttrman.
They have a beautifully machined aluminum washer and a shouldered nut in 1/4-28 with a 12 mm wrench flat.
1/2” would probably work but the 12 mm is a better fit. I prefer to use a combination wrench instead of the four way wrench on props anyway.
