Title: Prop pitch... Need help...

OK...
So, I've replaced the ST 60 for one Enya 61CXL and will run a Randy's pipe.
This is piped ship 101 for me, so any help is welcome.
Right now, I'd like to know if somebody could get me a crash course on pitching, actually, what am I looking for? Where should I check? Center and tip?
I've got this Prather gauge and two different props to play around, Bolly 13X4.25 two blade and Eather 13X3.75 three blade.
Help, please....

On 13 inch props I use stations 11, 12, 13. The most important part is the tip, station 13.
