Youd think theyd fill them with hollow honeycomb things , or left over Mc Donalds cups or something . ???
Maybe that blue foam'd do it . Why Balsa ? ? . :(
ANYWAY - THIS is a windmill , youd think theyd know that and do them properly . Maybe those scientists got involved . :P
