Title: Primary Force short kits
Post by: MikeyPratt on May 10, 2018, 11:48:05 AM
Hi Guy’ & Gals,
Just received the next run of the Primary Force short kits.  Like normal, they look AWESOME!!!!  The continued success and sales of this model still surprises me, not from its flight performance but from a kit that has been around awhile.  I’ve received many letters from modelers praising how easy it builds and how great they fly.

Hi Mikey, what is included in a short kit?

I have fllown a few Primary Forces and I must say, it’s the best non flapped planeI have ever flown.
I think I might want one.

I built and flew a P-Force short kit in 2006 and I highly recommend it.   It was very thoughtfully designed and assembled with ease.   Mike uses some clever building techniques which I have since adopted.  His wing jig method is brilliant, see photo.

The airplane flew very well and would be competitive an essentially any level.  The lack of wing flaps makes flight trimming simpler by eliminating a variable.  His original prototype had OS 25 power I recall.  Mine used a variety of motors including Fox 35 and eventually an Aerotiger 36.

Hi Larry,
All the needed laser cut parts, Wing Ribs, fuselage, tail parts, plywood doublers, wing spar & plywood doubler, you provide sheeting and stick wood and hardware.  Plans and instruction book.

I’ve sold a bunch of them and they continues to sell very well with people providing very positive remarks on it easy to build and exceptional flight performance.

Later,
Mikey
