As some of you know, my father has been of ill health for almost 11 years. He is back in the hospital again as of today for as yet unknown kidney trouble. Thus far they think it may be directly related to the bladder and bowel issues that sidelined him all of last year.
An infection that is so far, totally resistant to strong antibiotics.
My fathers ability to recover over the last year was nothing short of a miracle. He has had three heart attacks in the last decade and I fear he may need some prayers once again. The stunt community has had nothing but good wishes for him and our family over the years. Thanks to all who have been supportive. May I ask once again?

You all do not know me but I am a minister of our Lord Jesus Christ. May I voice a public prayer for you all.
"Father, only You have the power and love to hear and answer our prayers for one another. We are instructed in Your Word to pray for each other. I ought to be more diligent to pray for all of our model airplane community. Please forgive me for my negligence in not doing so. I want to pray now for Jack, John, and their family. Along with age our bodies are in contant need of Your provision. Our provision needed now is for peace to be able to listen to the doctors and to be able to make wise decisions concerning the health care for ourselves and our loved ones. May the compassion of Christ be ours through Your Holy Spirit as we share that comfort with others. I am calling for the right doctors, the right pathologists, the right nursing staff, the right care givers to be about Jack's care this very day. So that they may benefit the most from all that man knows. When the limits are met I ask You to step in and do a Super Natural work in Jack's body to restore him to health and the place of honor in his family. I pray that if there is anyone who does not know You personally that they will be drawn to you through this event. May all find peace and comfort that enter that hospital room. Protect them now from the evil one....... In Jesus Mighty Name Amen."

You guys are good!
I pick him up tomorrow...not healed...but headed home. He has one whale of an infection though. All other suspicions were put to rest through all the testing. Despite blood in his stool and the kidney infection, they simply cant find a source. Dad is in some real pain though, and so far has resisted all but mild pain meds.
Im afraid that his mental state is deteriorating though, as he pulled all of his tubes out and didnt know where he was last night...and no narcotics were involved.
Typically I see him once or twice a week and he cant remember what he had for lunch but he never fails to let me know he needs to get out of this place because he has airplanes to build.
Thank you all for your prayers.

John, hope things go well for your Dad. Tell him I said hello.

R%%%%. Well, because the hospital needs the bed, he was moved back to:
Carriage Court Assisted Living Center
3570 Heritage Club Dr., Apt.622
Hilliard, Ohio 43026
(614) 203-3895(his cell phone)
A nice facility, but Dad is pretty bed ridden at the moment and simple trips to the bathroom are a painful event and assistance is needed. Two nurses run their butts of f administering meds to a lot of Senior citizens and that worries me. When I call they can never reach a phone. He did sound better today and the nurses confirmed that he is eating ok. I took him a fresh stack of old SN mags to whittle away at.He has sketch for a revamped Airaconda that he wants to build. I told him if he could string six months of good health together I would make sure he gets to do that.
