Well, since I didn't get to go to Portland for the Jim Walker Memorial contest (though my car is now running again), any news from yesterday?

Paul Walker was here today (Sunday).  He won. Convincingly. I bet John Thompson will post the scoreboard on Flying Lines, but everything went very well.  No rain on Saturday and sunny on Sunday with no bad wind.  You should have come.  We all had a great time.

Wish I could have. Car was broke and I had to fix it. Sigh. Weather here was sunny but windy.

I thought I was the only one to use that excuse.    LL~ LL~ LL~ No, really I did have the car loaded and ready to go.  Alarm went off, I got dressed and jumped in the car.  Turned key and nothing happened.  Tried the lights and nothing.   Also it was too dark to see anything.   H^^ H^^  Better luck next time Randy. The car was just one thing. It was a series of unfortunate circumstances.
