Title: plotting drawings
Post by: Lynn Weedman on August 09, 2010, 04:34:27 AM
This may not be the right area to post this one, but I need to know if anyone's got the directions to change the carriage drive belt on a HP 750C PLOTTER ? I'm trying to get my latest twin design completed.

Try Googling something like "HP 750C manual". I've gotten many manuals in PDF form in this manner.

Good luck,

I've changed the belts on HP 430's 500's and 800's (it's what I do for a living!) never seen a 750! did you not get instructions with the belt?

I have an HP 755CM and I have changed the drive belt and the motor that drives it. the motor is on the control panel side.  The belt and drive pully on the motor were stripped. You have to take the left side totally apart. Very messy cause this is where the pens are cleaned. If you contact HP they can tell you where to get the parts cause they don't have them any more the plotter os too old.
