Playboy Kit update
« on: September 11, 2006, 09:21:50 PM »
The Playboy kits will be done next week and will be ready to ship. I will be sending out notices at that time. Thank you for your patience.
As an added bonus I had some vinyl decals made to be included in each kit. I tried to scan them and the results were less than perfect through the cover paper. The color is black and do not include numbers.

The Playboy kits will be $ 175.00 shipped to the USA. I will accept payment in cash check or money order. The kits will be ready to ship next week ---- HOWEVER ----

I ASK THAT NO ONE SEND ANY PAYMENT UNTIL YOU ARE CONTACTED BY ME.

There are more people wanting kits than I have available. When I started making the kits I also started a list of all the people that wanted them. I tried to put everyone on the list in order of when they contacted me. During the time I have been making the kits the want list has gotten longer than the number of kits I was making. I will not have enough to go around if everyone that has said they want one pays for them. I plan to make more after these are sold.

Ty,
I believe that if I am going to produce something to sell, I should be able to do so with my own capitol. When the items are finished I put them up for sale. It is my responsibility to determine what will sell and in what quantities. If I cannot figure correctly then I have no business doing business. I do not want to take anyones money before I have items ready to sell. Customers should not have to pay a down payment up front and hope that someday they might get what they want. There are too many unexpected things that can happen.
This was almost a reality with the Playboy kits. Just as I was getting the kits started I had some serious medical problems. If things had gone slightly differently, I would not have been able to complete them. As it is I have been slowed in production. I am unable to work full time on them - only getting a few hours a week in the shop.
I am sorry for the delay.

Ty,

Unfortunate you are allergic to cotton since there is a cotton feild on the south parkway near the new Home Depot where K-Mart used to be!!!!

I know, I was there Tuesday with my wife for oral surgery - ugh!
