I am trying to update information on my plans.  The following information is needed.

The P-40 C and Q are part of my profile warbird series. Never published, plans can be obtained from me personally.

OK, Pat Johnston usually publishes his own plans unless they become part of an RSM or Brodak kit. The kit manufacturer then has them published and do sell them separately.

From checking Pats listing of plans it seems that he sells plans for all of the planes that he has drawn for other people or companies. I don't know if he keeps rights to the plans but I would assume that usually the customer has the rights to the plans.
