Plans for Tom Farmer's Forerunner

Gil had posted in a separate thread that he was looking for a Forerunner Kit.  I scratch built one 14 years ago from plans but the plane and plans are long gone.  I would like to build another one from plans.  If anyone has the plan and can make me a copy, I would appreciate it very much.
