Plans for the Baby Stuka?
« on: January 21, 2020, 08:16:23 PM »
Hey Guys:

I emailed Leonard last week wanting to order the plans for his Baby Stuka.  He can't find them!

Does anyone have a copy of those plans?  We need to make a copy and get them back to Leonard so I can order them from him.  (I know, that's a long way around, but he's the one selling them and I'd like to help him sell a copy to me.)

Thanks!

Still looking for the plans.

Wayne had a nice looking kit for a 25 size profile Stuka.  Don't think my Big Mig .061 would pull  it...

Barry Baxter had draw up a set of  q1/2 a size and i believe that they were published by the AMA or FM.
Check out their plans list. Or check with Bob Mears, being he bought Barry's plans service. They might be in the inventory.

Thanks Tony!  I took a look at them (they were in Model Aviation in Sept 1990) and they are very nice scale-like, but not the same.  The plans that Leonard was selling look like a miniature Still's Stuka Stunt.  I had built a full-size one years ago and loved it, so now thought it would be fun to build one for 1/2A.  Since it is a Neuman re-design I figure it should fly really well.

So, I gotta keep searching.

RSM has a kit for the 1/2 A Stuka. You have to special request it. I have one.
Think S.M.A.L.L. y'all and, it's all good, CL, FF and RC!

I got one of those when he made the first run and dug it out. Eric designed that one and it's pretty nice and includes a nice canopy. I would be interested in seeing Leonard's little creation and a set of plans also if they are ever dredged up.
    Type at you later,

(If you all have felt a disturbance in the Force, I had to unstack a considerable pile of kits to liberate the Stuka!)
