Pictures of Wynn Paul’s Barnstormer
« on: October 09, 2019, 11:48:26 AM »
At the last contest at Paducah I bought Wynn Pa ul’s Control lines and handle labele d. “Barnstormer.”  I bought the Brodak Barnstormer.  I would like to give my model the same color scheme that Wynn’s had.

I tried a search of some of the online issues of Stunt Ne was but so for I have not found anything.  Assistance please.

My apologies for all the typos.  I will never post again using a stupid iPad.

Update:

I found a picture of a Barnstormer in Stunt News page 48, September/October 2001.    The caption under the picture reads, "Brian Skees' rebuilt/re-covered Barnstormer once belonged to Wynn Paul.  White with blue, red & yellow trim."  There was no mention of the Barnstormer in the article (The Trailing Edge written by Mike Keville).

Apparently Brian Skees is no longer with us.  Does anyone know if Brian duplicated the color scheme that Wynn Paul used, or if he gave it a completely different color scheme when he recovered the Barnstormer?

Thanks,
Joe Ed Pederson
