Hey Linheart,

Great photos. I like the third one the best!

I heard that guy can really fly, is good looking & the women all want to sit next to him at the restaurants. Or may be I dreamed it.

What's the deal with the second one? That building doesn't belong there. How'd you do that?

Not only a fast camera but a great flash.

You all may not realize it but that last picture was take in TOTAL DARKNESS!

I set up my Cardinal ARF (Prototype #1) with an array of strobes and I fly it at night. One strobe is visible just forward of the leading edge.

I do it every year and invite people to try it. Not as easy as one might think.

I forgot to add - the "mystery" building is John's tractor shed

Hey Leester,

I think it was the dope fumes.

The 3rd photo is my Katana.

The 2 great  judges. Sitting Dick Houser & standing Scot Ritchlin

Bob, I just had an idea!  We need to get some NVGs (night vision goggles) and fly a full pattern in total darkness!  Now that would be cool!

(Bob let me fly a nocturnal flight with that Cardinal, and you can do it, but not having a good reference to the horizon could lead to some major spatial disorientation and probably a crunched airplane if you attempted a full pattern.  With NVGs you would have no worries!)

Well, you know the joke about judges being blind, perhaps darkness would help!  8)

I blew up the picture of My grey P 40 and you can see the bronze pick up and the angle of the fuel in the tank that is a good camera.

Just joking around about the rest.
Except for the judges. They were super.
