     Guy's I need some advice about how to post pictures on this web.
  I need to know how to "crop" them to the correct size, and any other thing as to how to do this.
 I am not computer versed so, it has to be in  very simple term's..

Go back to the main menu, click on Admin (its the very 1st subject), go down about 33 topics and click on my question RE: photos, your answers are there. :-)

Just do a search on line and download photofilter.
Then you can load photofiliter. Load the picture you wish to work with.
First (highlight/select/box) the part of the picture you  want and hit crop.
Then you go to image and resizethe image to a smaller size. You  usually have  to only change the width to 800.
Then select save to save the image.
