If your internet pastimes include facebook join the Philly Flyers site.
Try to access Philly Flyers the way you would search for a friend on facebook. Ask to join. We will sign you up. So far we feature lots of pictures. People and models you may or may not know. We also are working on listing our events and control line events throughout the country.
If you find your search overwhelmed with references to the Philly Flyers Hockey Team. (So far we spell our name the same way, that might change.) Ask to friend me on facebook and make a note that you are interested in joining the Philly Flyers site. I'll friend you and invite you to join the Philly Flyers. If your politics @#$% me off or mine @#$% you off, no problem. You can unfriend me or I can unfriend you on facebook. You will still be a member of the Philly Flyers and be able to look at pics, make comments and let us know about what's happening in your Control Line world.
Best,
Dennis Moritz

Depends on what you mean by @#$%.
Interesting that Philly Flyers on facebook and Fall Follies came up at about the same time.
-
But, I don't do face book. Seen my grandkids and others get into serious problems with it. Worse than someone hacking my E-Mail.
-
Get a gmail or yahoo mail account strictly for facebook. Use that to sign in. Don't include personal information. If the gmail or FB accounts get hacked it won't matter.
-
In the above case @#$% means micturate.
-
Dennis, Lots of Philly Flyers hits come up on my facebook but none seem to relate to model airplanes!!
How about giving us a link so that we can view your Group???
Here is a link to the Annual Worldwide Ringmaster Fly-A-Thon Group which you can view and ask to join.

I think I posted the Administrative page for Philly Flyers. So I took the link down. I will check with Richard Martinez, who set up our site. Make sure I can get you a member feed.
-
Any folks who have previously signed on to the Philly Flyers FB page can post their link. This will lead others directly to the site.

this should be the link to the page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Philly-Flyers-The-place-for-Control-Line-flying-in-Philadelphia/513140418756097

I just checked out your page and it is very cool. Lots of great pix and videos. Looks like you have a lot of CL flyers in your area. Keep it up, more pix and video please. Mike
