Title: PhD Student Seeking Volunteer Research Participants For Leadership Study

Hello,

My name is Marriel Harrison. I am a PhD student at Capella University. I am currently working on my thesis: "An Exploratory Qualitative Inquiry of How Leadership Attributes Impact Employee Loyalty in The Aerospace Industry."

I am seeking approximately 10 - 15 voluntary participants for a 45-60 minute interview in which I ask questions based on their perception of leadership in the aerospace industry. The interview is completely confidential, and every participant remains anonymous. Absolutely no personal/identifiable information is revealed that would link any participant to the study.

As part of the inclusion criteria, the voluntary participant must currently work or have worked in the aerospace industry for at least 1 year.
