I'm drawing up a new stunter using a foam core Patternmaster wing. Can someone tell me the chord width of the flaps at the root and tip for the original Patternmaster?
-
Perry, you might check with Windy U. Good luck, and keep us posted..

What's the root and tip. Can you also measure the highpoint and last, span of cores

Perry I dug out my plans of the Pattern Master that Big Al Smith sent me...the root chord of the flap measures 3 3/8" and the Tip Chord measures 1 1/4". I hope this is what you needed.

Mike is correct when speaking of the "Big" Patternmaster. There are at least three other "official" Big Jim Paternmasters and who know how many other "Patternmasters".
Perry, are the cores long enough to have about a 62" Wingspan with tips added? If so it sounds like the "Big Patternmaster.

Hi Perry,
The flap numbers given are for those cores.
