Error On Site?

Hi there. I apologize if this is not the correct place for this, but did not see anywhere for help. If not the right place, please let me know where to move it or do it for me please.

Now. After I click on the 'Mark All Messages As Read' link at the bottom of the page, I get the following:
An Error Has Occurred!
Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again.

I click back and retry it and keep getting the same results. Is it something on the servers end, or is there something up with my computer? Thank you in advance.
