OK. I can't find the new PAMPA web site. The old one is down. Did the new one get dead too?
Typed in the address correctly. Used the link in Bob's message. Used my new link?

or is it my machine? or?

Down.  You can access a cached copy but not the server.  Like Sparky said, likely DNS issue.
