There is an extra 2009 issue. Not marked with a month name. Part 3 is in it.

I would pull my issues out if I had them as they all went south of the Equator to a great modelling friend.   If you are a member of PAMPA you should be able to pull up the issues in question and down load them.  When I get this Windows 10 figured out I will be down loading and burning to disc the issues I haven't done so with.  Do have them in my documents section though.

 I just went back to 2009 and saw the special edition and down loaded it.
I missed it before when I down loaded some back issues.
