I had a speech prepared, but I seem to have misplaced it.

Congradulations to all those that stepped forward and won, PAMPA is worth keeping around! #^

Thank you John!
I wanted to add a couple notes. We got the nessessary credentials and have added MasterCard, Visa and American Express to our payment options on the PAMPA website. At least for a time we will leave the PayPal option but may look to phase it out since the fees are higher and due to their policies we’ve lost a certain amount of control over the account.
Also we are getting pretty close to getting the whole Stunt News collection from 1973 forward up on the website which should give the membership 24/7 access to the largest stunt library ever on your computer. An entire collection was loaned to us by Keith Trostle. We scanned and digitized every word and burned to discs. Now the webmaster has those and will be uploading as his time allows.

Dave,
I just tried to renew my membership that expires at the end of the month. I couldn't find the icon to click on to pay using mastercard. I'll wait a few more days and try again.

Ok Thanks for letting us know. We just ran a test transaction yesterday and it went OK but Chris may still need to do a little more work. Give a few days or you can still use PayPal.

Digitizing Stuntnews must have been a huge amount of work. Perhaps as a possible fundraising activity copies of the discs could be made available for sale and a reasonable price to members who have trouble remembering passwords?? Just a thought.
Type at you later,

Yes Dan it was a lot of work-about three weeks of evenings and days off but I sure think a worthwhile project. The thought in part was to add a great deal of value to the website and PAMPA membership. Even though we can't print new magazines anymore you'd have enough reading material to last the rest of your life!
As far as the discs, they are OK for getting the information transmitted to the website but would have to be completely re-edited and re-written for selling. At least for now I don't have it in me.....you’ll just have to keep your membership current.....as they are, it’s close to 50 discs with anywhere from two to five issues per disc.

How do we thank you guys for what you are doing with PAMPA. One of the reasons I try to keep my membership current. I do want to also thank those that voted as it shows the support they have for the person. I don't think I voted because many times I have sent stuff and never see it reported. H^^
