Will Hinton's 2nd Book: Rocky Mountain Odyssey
« on: September 14, 2009, 08:00:56 AM »
I thoroughly enjoyed Will's 1st book, 'Lonely are the Hunted' and was eager for the new book.  Purchased a copy at FCM a couple weeks ago but waited for a chance to read it in a single sitting - that came last night.  I enjoyed the new book at least as much as the first.  Will is a gifted story teller, and the "images" he draws make it easy to fall right into the story.  I will also be anxiously awaiting the next episode in the series.

Ya know fellas, I think ole Will might be on to something if his retirement gig don't work out...   H^^  CLP** BW@

Will,

Man, I can see you blushing all the way up here. There's a red glow in the sky to the east.   ;D

Yep, I thoroughly enjoyed 'Rocky Mountain Odyssey'. The characters, the descriptive
images and situations all lead to an enjoyable reading experience. I'm already looking
forward to seeing what the 'gang'; Bear Rollins, Reddy, Dan, and the others are up to
in the next installment.

Thanks Will, the books are great, Steve

Actually, truth be told Randy, you probably see it more than we Ohio folks do!  From October to the end of March is mostly cloudy and gloomy here.  Some may ask, "Why do you stay?"  Easy answer - grandkids!
I have a musician friend who is moving west because of the cloudy days here, told me just last week he got into somewhat of a drinking problem because of the gloom last winter!

Will, if he's going west, tell him to go southwest if he wants sunshine. When it's sunny here, it can be spectacular. But from October to June, it isn't sunny all that much.

We invented the term Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Randy,
I think he mentioned Arizona.  I imagine in your line of work you deal with the SAD a lot.  I only have to deal with myself and my wife's desire to do vacations south every other week!

Will, I don't think I have thanked you for the autographed books.  Finished reading them.  I had to tell myself to only read a chapter or two each night.  I want to be first on the list for the new, third book.  I want to read about Mel's reaction.  Fellows and ladies if you like good westerns you need to check these books out.  Thanks again Will for the great reading.  DOC Holliday
