Hi Chris,
Two things,

First:  remember the "Shark" we were discussing before?  Had a very different turtle deck yet was Classic Legal.

Also, did you ever get a Berkeley Pitts kit?

Hi Bill,
Still working on Dad's, California Jet. It is real similar to his AMA-68, but larger. Shark like evolution wing and tail, jet style with front mounted canopy and a deep, swept rudder. As I rebuild a part, I draw it up. I'm replacing the controls as I go with the original. The pilot is a figure from the Major Matt Mason toy sets from Mattell, 1960's. Someday I will send you my set of plans!

I got a Little Stinker kit, and a half I guess. Still looking for one part, the two Little Stinker decals that were a small extra sheet separate from the main sheets of decals. Got any?

Wish I could build a model at the speed I would like, but too much going on right now.

Chris...

Well Chris,

It's been about 40 years now since I last saw those decals you mention!  Of course they went on the model!  ;D

Wish I could get me a kit to build.  I do have th ekit plans, and can build from them, but an old kit would bring back a lot of nice memories.

Looking forward to seeing your Dad's Jet when you get it back going!  God luck with it.

Thanks!

Thanks for looking Bill,
Dan McEntee had them in his kit, so I'm all set.
The Jet is slow but deliberate. Eventually.
