Hey, Gary...

I live 60 miles North, (Atwater) and my wife and I met some of you at the Golden State meet in Clovis last year. Love to come out, not much doin' around here...
Last time we flew at the High School, a policeman (deputy sheriff) came up and told me to tell the pilot to land the plane. Now. I explained that it would have to run out of fuel, he said: "Just turn off the Radio. Who's got it?" I told him to look. It was on cables. Can't land it. He said "Land it." I said, in a louder voice, "IT CAN'T LAND UNTIL THE FUEL RUNS OUT."
Long story short, he didn't shoot it down.
It's hard to fly here. Everybody thinks you need a radio. May I get a phone #, Gary?
Email me. It's in my profile. Thanks
   Mike

Hi Mike, we would love to have your company. We fly on sunday and Tuesday, sunday we fly from 2 till 5. Tuesday we fly from 10 to around noon or a little later. (most of us are old and tire easy, Ha Ha) My phone #559-299-1976. If you want to bring up the address and location on your computer the Church's address is 7172 N. Cedar Ave. Fresno, Ca. 93720. We have only been using one fly area but I believe we could have as many as four total in the area we're flying. We require AMA license and a friendly smile. Thank you and hope to hear and see you soon. (Most of us haven't flown the pattern in a long time but we have fun and there is some contest fliers that come out and play)
