Go to Nats 2007 - Muncie
-
That looks like a P-47!!
How does it fly??
-
It sure does look like a P-47. One with lots of air time. That weathering on the leading edges is super.
-
What size bird is it and what Saito Golden Knight 4Stroke is under the hood? What event are you going to enter at the Nats? Thats a very nice finish you have there!!
-
Please, a time. My english is very poor.

Your English may be poor, but your building skills are perfect.
Wish I could do a finish like that.

Hello my friends:
I will try answer all questions. It's a P-47 built from Bill Warwage plans. The Saito in this nose is a Golden Knigth 72, with 14x6 prop. The plane is built with a light balsa wood, the wing is covered with Oratex and after paint, the fuse is covered with Silkspan Brodak, and paint too.
I finished this plane this week and your first flight will be in this weekend.
I built this plane to fly with the Brazilian Squadron "Senta a Pua" (CATHO - Thomas Case) in Muncie, Nats 2007.
Weight: 1.900 g
Thanks and I will see everybody in the next year.
