South County Thunder Bolts?
Are they sill around. They flew at the high school in Merced, Ca
I found a contact for Fred Margarido but no answer.

Wow, South County Thunderbolts !!! Now theres a name from the past !!!
My Father and I flew with Fred at Irvington High School in Fremont back in the late sixties.
The south County Thunderbolts were huge back then. Every Sunday would have a turn out of twenty or more.
Ahhhhh what childhood memories.

The "Flying Eagles" of Kansas City, KANSAS used to be the same way.  One circle at City Park and some flying on ball diamonds when no game were going. H^^
