Samantha learned outsides and lazy eights and inverted the last two weekends. tonight she did some horizontal eights. We need to know what do you do first in the overhead, outside or inside. I told Sam that she had to be able to fly the beginner pattern if we were going to Brodak. Well after 13 broke props and one plane, and four repairs. this is all that is left. We were going anyway but this did build a flame under her. She aways said that she only crashed one plane, she cant say this anymore. She is really flying well, just need to go for it.
Thanks Steve

The beginner pattern is a takeoff and a wingover. Everything else is just bonus points, but it's the wingover that puts you on the scoreboard.
Inside loop first. It's in the rule book. Start into the wind as for a wingover, do an inside loop, an outside loop, repeat, then finish the wingover. If the wind isn't too bad then do the eight low; it'll be easier.
