Well, it will probably effect east coast contests.

Our last storm cancelled one contest, didn't it?

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say this storm is going to stay out at see.  It will hook a right turn like all the storms last year did...

Pretty weak argument if you ask me.

Well, cancelled one contest and rescheduled another. Could impact your team trials practice or sport flying. :o

And if you lose power it could affect your building and finishing in the evenings.

What if you're sanding on your next world beater by candle light and BOOM you have a dust explosion? ~^

Ok yeah its a reach.

Tell me that the weather doesn't affect your flying.

Chris,...

I've done that,... built a plane by oil lamp when we lost power once!  Luckily we didn't lose power at all during this past storm and I was able to spend the day in the shop working on my Cardinal Evolution.  And I didn't have to resort to candle light or oil lamp!

Well, we now have another hurricane. Lets hope this one turns a little sooner than Irene.

Although control line might not be affected very much, I doubt few people in Vermont are looking forward to another hurricane.

Or people in Virginia, for that matter.  Many still don't have power here.

I work for the railroad and so far we have dumped almost 800 tons of stone to fill in washouts in New Jersey. We should be done in a few weeks. T.J.
