OTS & CLASSIC STUNT REGISTRATION AT 2016 NAT'S

            Hello everyone we are almost on top of the 2016 NAT'S! We hope a bunch of y'all can make it there this year and compete in OTS and CLASSIC.
  Y'all will get a chance to break in a new CD. You will know him by the paper bag over his head. Here is some information that most of you are probably more familiar with than me:
           These two events are "unofficial AMA SIG sponsored." They will require an unofficial AMA SIG site registration fee of $10.00. This fee may be paid at headquarters when you come on the complex. You will also need to have your AMA license.  *** You can also fill out the AMA SIG form and pay the fee when you register for the OTS/CLASSIC events which also have a $10.00 entry fee for one or both events  with Kathleen and me, if you aren't able to get by headquarters.
           Kathleen and I will be available to get fliers registered Sunday afternoon, July 17TH at the L-PAD Pavilion, or wherever you see us, we will also be at the pavilion all day Monday until appearance judging, at which time we will go to the "180" Bldg. in Muncie (appearance judging competition) and have a table set up for fliers to register. Following the appearance judging we will go back to the L-PAD pavilion and be available for any further event registering.
           Ideally, we would like to get everyone who is going to compete registered by Monday evening. We have a minimum crew to run these two events, so we don't need a bottle neck at the tabulating table Tuesday morning. If everyone would get registered in this way, then all that's left is to show up Tuesday morning, have a brief pilot's meeting, and let the good times roll! I would appreciate it very much, and the tabulating/flight order ladies even more so!! We will be using computer random integers for establishing flight orders. If anyone does register Tuesday morning it will need to be before 7:30 AM. Random computer generated flight order for round one will be determined Monday night. People registering Tuesday morning will fill a random slot in the order they register. This way it is completely fair and random.    
          Competition starts at 8:00 AM, Tuesday morning, July 19TH  -Brief pilot's meeting at 7:50 AM - We will be on the L-PAD using circles 1 & 2. We will let everyone know promptly of any possible changes.
            Dennis A, Kathleen (my wife), and myself will also have data sheets for you to fill out about your competing planes in OTS/Classic. It will be mandatory for these to be filled out per instruction from the ED. This data will be used in "STUNT NEWS." In addition, we will get an individual photo of each contestant with his aircraft.
            Everyone have a safe trip and we're really looking forward to seeing y'all. If you need to contact me do it through this forum's members roster. I won't be able to respond after 7:30 PM Saturday night, July 16TH. We will be on the road.

  you are saying that we will be flying on the L pad and not in the grass??

  i will already have paid the basic U/C and un official  entry fee .do i still need to pay the extra $10

     Yes, OTS and CLASSIC will be on circles 1 and 2 on the L-PAD. Basic U/C fee and unofficial fee that you will have already paid??  If you will have paid the unofficial AMA SIG site registration fee of $10.00  before you get to our events that's good, but you will still  have to pay $10.00 registration fee for flying in OTS and/or CLASSIC. I assume what you mean is that you will have already registered/pd  to fly in beginner or intermediate since it is scheduled a couple days before OTS/CL. ?  Anyone, according to my understanding, will need to pay for each one of the SIG events he enters. In the case of OTS/CLASSIC (2 EVENTS) we are charging $10.00 whether you fly one or both. Fly both with an OTS plane and you get more for your money!
